Our Return policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we do not offer the opportunity to "Return" or "Exchange" your item(s).
All regularly priced items purchased (except those labeled as "All Sales Final") may qualify for a Return with Refund or an Exchange if desired. Please read each section for help in determining what you would like to do.
To start your Return, please send us an email including your order number and reason for your Return request to email@example.com.
To ship your Return, please mail your item(s) back to The Cord Wrapper, PO BOX 150442, Ogden UT 84415, United States. You may request a prepaid shipping return label (preferred) from us. If we provide a return label, the cost of the prepaid shipping return label will be deducted from any applicable refunds.
For Refunds on Return item(s), upon receiving the package back from you, we will issue a refund back to the original method of payment used for your order, minus the cost of the prepaid shipping return label if we provided one to you.
Refunds can take 7-10 business days to post to your method of payment.
To start your Exchange, please send us an email including your order number and reason for your Exchange request to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the item is defective or damaged, please include images in your email of the item(s). Please note, only items delivered to you that are defective or damaged qualify for an exchange. No item substitutions are allowed.
To ship your Exchange, we will provide you a prepaid return label to ship the item(s) back to us. Once we have received the item(s), we will ship the same item(s) back to you at the original shipping address on your order.
Late or missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are shipping the item and not using a prepaid shipping return label provided by us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
