Carriers and Shipping Time: Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of placing the order.
All domestic orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and can only be shipped to addresses (including P.O. Boxes) within the United States of America.
Once the order has shipped, an email will be sent with the tracking information, which is updated by the USPS. Shipping times once the package is dropped off at the USPS is 3-5 business days. Please note that occasionally, orders may take longer to arrive.
Missing or Delayed Packages
: If the package is delayed, please refer to your tracking number which can be input into the USPS Tracking®
website for further information on the whereabouts of your package.
If you receive a delivery confirmation and have not received your package, please follow the instructions on the USPS website for Missing Mail and Lost Packages
. The most common events where a package is not received includes the postal worker hiding the package somewhere on your porch or leaving it with a neighbor. If you are still unable to locate your package, file a claim with the USPS. Please understand that The Cord Wrapper is not liable for lost or damaged packages.
We are excited to be expanding our shipping availability to Canada. Please read entire shipping policy. If there are shipping issues, please be patient with us as we explore and become familiar with international shipping.
Carriers and Shipping Time: All orders will be shipped via the USPS, which will then pass through Customs and be handed off to the Canada Post Service.
Please allow at least 11-20 business days for your order to arrive after shipping. Please note that occasionally, orders may take longer than expected to arrive.
At purchase, you will be sent a tracking number that will track the shipment all the way to delivery. If your package shows that it is held in Customs, please call your local Customs office.
All orders shipped to an address in Canada will pass through customs. Any orders with a total order value greater than $300 should expect to pay customs/duty/tax charges.
While typically packages less than $300 worth of goods entering Canada do not get assessed any customs or duty, we do not guarantee
every order will be treated as such. Due to the uncertainty, it is the customer's responsibility to pay any/all customs and duty, assessed by customs if you would like to receive your order. If you do not wish to pay those charges,
please advise your local post office/customs office that you do not wish to pay those charges so that they can return your package to us so we can issue a refund. Please see our Refund Policy

While we collect tax only where we are required to, you may still be required to report your purchase with your personal taxes and remit the appropriate tax. Please be advised we are not tax or legal professionals and do not extend any professional tax advice.
If your package is held up in Customs, please reach out to your local Customs office for assistance or see this support page for Canada Border Services Agency. If your package has passed through Customs, please reach out to your local post office or see this support page for Canada Post.

If necessary, please file a claim with the appropriate carrier. Please understand that The Cord Wrapper is not liable for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address Issues
If you need to change your Shipping Address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We are able to change the delivery address if we have not yet shipped the item.
If we have shipped the item and it is delivered to the wrong address, we cannot reship the package. It will be up to you to retrieve the package from the address it was delivered to.
If the package is returned to us for an incomplete address (non-existent address, missing apartment number, etc.), we can reship the order but will need to collect shipping costs first. Please check your email (inbox as well as junk/spam folders) as we will send out notifications that the package has been returned to us and offer to reship. Please note that we will only hold order for 30 days for reshipment. After 30 days, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. If you do not wish to pay the re-shipping costs, we can issue a refund for your order, minus any original shipping costs.

During the holidays the USPS and Canada Post can be bogged down with high package volumes so please consider this when shopping during the holiday season (November and December).
Out Of Stock Items
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but occasionally the counts are off or not updated properly. If an item is out of stock when you submit your order, we will fulfill the order as soon as inventory is restocked. You will be kept updated throughout the process and given the option to cancel your order.
